Strategy
Xybax’s test strategy forms an important basis for a
structured approach to testing and makes a major contribution to a
manageable test process. The test strategy indicates how we will carry out
the testing in accordance to our client’s requirements. We aim to build
our test strategy in parallel to the creation of the Project's design and
requirements documents. During the test strategy phase, Xybax’s
consultants will build a test framework, detailing the resource
requirements to support the required testing effort.
Test Management
At Xybax, we can provide the overall Test Management
responsibility and ownership for client strategy, development, supplier
engagement, project estimates, budgets and resource requirements. Our test
managers will:
• Build and maintain project plans
• Provide defect tracking and management
• Create and implement work procedures for the testing team
• Define the product entry and exit criteria
