Quality is paramount at Xybax. We aspire to the matrix model of Cost, Quality and Time. It is our founded belief that there is no compromise for a quality deliverable and we adopt a TQM (Total Quality Management) operation.

We operate to ISO standards with full documentation for our clients that explain all strategies and project plans which effectively plan time and resources, alongside full budget control.

Quality Metrics

Xybax’s quality metric process is based on upper and lower boundaries outlined in the GAMP Guidelines on Testing (draft V0.17) and from Software Engineering Economics. Its' aim is to display the relative costs of fixing or of cost of change in comparison to original cost. Xybax use this tool to measure its' success on projects and to give to our client’s visibility of our testing expertise.

This process highlights Xybax ’s ability to detect errors from the early stages of a project, thus saving costs early on in documentation and analysis stages, rather than in the live environment.
